Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will give you total command over your mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this intuitive interface, you can create a brand new email mailbox in no time and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect e-mail messages from one email box to another, configure mail filters, create auto-reply messages and defend your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your electronic mail accounts against junk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired e-mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular email mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages based on certain criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and define the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Just specify the e-mailbox account you want to forward mail messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your e-mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox account will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
